Terms of Service

By using Floradeck, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Floradeck. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Floradeck is provided as a prototype. Features, data, availability, and generated output may change. Floradeck does not guarantee uptime, exam results, language proficiency, preservation of content, or error-free generated text.

Floradeck can generate stories, review extracts, prompts, and feedback using configured AI providers. AI output may be incomplete, unnatural, or incorrect. Do not rely on generated content as authoritative academic, professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

You are responsible for the content you enter, upload, import, or save in Floradeck, including Anki decks, CSV files, prompts, notes, answers, and vocabulary lists.

• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not enter sensitive personal information into prompts, imports, or notes.
• Do not use Floradeck to create abusive, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users accounts, data, or production systems.

Bundled Japanese presets are JLPT-style or estimated JLPT vocabulary presets, not official JLPT lists. See third-party notices for attribution and source details.

Floradeck may suspend or remove access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service. You may stop using Floradeck at any time and request account deletion by emailing privacy@floradeck.com.

Floradeck is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Floradeck disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

These terms may be updated as the prototype changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
